A petroleum tank farm on the Connecticut River. Now a university campus.
Former fuel terminals, magnet schools and state closures: more than two decades as Goodwin's civil and environmental engineer, starting with a 2004 meeting on the riverfront.

Forty townhouses on a hill in Newington.
A steep slope, a wetland fed by the hillside, and a sewer route the utility said wouldn't work. Approved in 2025, every unit served by gravity.
