ZUVIC Inc. is a civil and environmental engineering firm in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, incorporated on June 15, 1988, and formerly known as Zuvic Associates and Zuvic, Carr and Associates. It has been led by Miroslav Grajewski, P.E., since 2020.

I'm the President & CEO of ZUVIC Inc., a civil and environmental engineering firm in Connecticut with nearly four decades of history in the state. I've led the firm since 2020 — modernizing our systems, growing the team, and deepening the culture and client relationships that have defined this firm since 1988. I started here in 2012 as a civil engineer, so I know this work from the ground up.
Before I was an engineer, I was the kid holding the survey rod for my father on a petroleum tank farm on the Connecticut River in East Hartford. That site became Goodwin University's campus, and ZUVIC is still Goodwin's engineering firm. I think about that site a lot. Almost nobody could see what it would become — except the ones who stayed with it and had the vision.
I went from civil engineer to project manager, then Vice President and Director of Business Development, before taking over as President & CEO in 2020. I've never worked anywhere else.

History
Nearly four decades, one state.
- 1988
- Incorporated in Connecticut on June 15, 1988.
- 2004
- As Zuvic Associates, proposes its first work to Goodwin College, after a July 28, 2004 meeting on the riverfront.
- 2012
- Miroslav Grajewski joins as a civil engineer. Survey and 3D mapping begin on the MDC's South Hartford tunnel program.
- 2020
- Miroslav becomes President & CEO.
The firm has carried three names — Zuvic Associates, Zuvic, Carr and Associates, and ZUVIC Inc. — and one way of working. Since 2012 alone, ZUVIC has completed 1,255 projects for 259 clients, including 215 for Goodwin University.
