Mr. Semprebon has more than 39 years of civil engineering experience, which includes hydrology and hydraulics, permitting, and drainage design. He has used TR-20, TR-55, HEC-RAS, HEC-2, and worked on hundreds of drainage jobs including culverts, roadway drainage systems, and river analyses. He has extensive experience overseeing and designing projects, including traffic analysis and design, site design, utility design, water and wastewater transmission, and storm sewer design. Mr. Semprebon has provided traffic engineering services; obtained local, State, and federal permitting; and provided construction inspection for a wide variety of projects.
