ZUVIC was founded in 1988 by Marici Zuvic, an engineer from Chile. You can see our work throughout Connecticut and New England, from towns to cities, rural and industrial settings, and beyond. We design and clean up for people - to support, sustain and enrich life.

Our principal types of clients include: Commercial Developers, Institutions for Higher Education, Aviation and Transportation Facilities, and Power-Generation Utilities and Distributors.

Clients come to us for many reasons: often, they seek to leverage an existing site as collateral for financing, or want to build a large development on a formally industrial property, or are seeking our expertise to remediate a contaminated site full of PCBs and other pollutants.
