Mr. Pinho has fourteen years of experience in the environmental industry performing Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Building Use Assessments, hazardous materials surveys, and environmental inspection and construction compliance services. His technical expertise includes asbestos, lead and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) assessment of building materials, completing sensitive receptor surveys (SRS), collecting soil, groundwater, and air samples and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping. Mr. Pinho has extensive software experience using ESRI ArcGIS Geographic Information Systems and hydrologic modeling (SURFER).
