Goodwin University Campus Development

From 200 students to 4000, ZUVIC has partnered with Goodwin University throughout its journey in East Hartford, CT over the last 15+ years. From 20-year master planning of over 250 acres and drainage design for future campus development to a marina on the Connecticut river and all the builds developed on the Goodwin Campus, ZUVIC has partnered with Goodwin to ensure their short and long range goals are always front and center.

45,000 SF Industrial/Commercial building expansion and site design

ZUVIC developed design, permitting and construction documents for the proposed Manufacturing Addition at the CT Spring and Stamp facility. The proposed addition will add over 45,000 SF to the current Facility in Farmington, CT.

54” Wastewater force main design for the Metropolitan District

ZUVIC completed final design plans for 2,100 linear feet of a 54-inch diameter force main, which will convey wet weather flows from the pump station to the Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility for treatment. ZUVIC is providing civil engineering and permitting assistance during construction
