MARICI ZUVIC,
PRESIDENTMs. Zuvic,
the founder of
Zuvic, Carr and Associates, Inc. (Zuvic
Carr)
has
over 30 years of experience as a municipal and
highway
engineer. She earned a B.S. degree in Civil
Engineering Technology from the Technical State
University
in Santiago, Chile and a B.S. in Civil
Engineering from the University of Hartford. Ms.
Zuvic worked for
the Connecticut Department of Transportation for
over 20 years and her experience includes the participation in major highway and bridge
construction inspection, design of a variety of
transportation
related projects, bridge safety review, and
providing consultant/municipal coordination.

TOMEK GRAJEWSKI, P.E., VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Grajewski, P.E., is responsible for Special
Multidisciplinary Projects and has over 30 years of
experience as a civil engineer and project manager. He
earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the
Gdansk Polytechnic Institute and has completed advanced
studies at the University of Connecticut. Mr.
Grajewski has managed multi-discipline projects worth
more than $60 million. He has
extensive experience working with numerous Connecticut
State Agencies and large corporations. He has a broad
range of experience in site planning, design and
permitting.

ROBERT J. CARR, P.E., LEP, VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Carr serves as principal in charge of
environmental projects at Zuvic
Carr.
He has over 24
years of experience as an environmental engineer
and consultant working for private sector
clients as
well as local and state agencies in Connecticut,
New York and Rhode Island. Mr. Carr’s expertise
includes
all phases of environmental site assessments,
Connecticut’s Transfer Act, environmental
compliance, and the design and permitting of soil and
groundwater remediation systems. Mr. Carr also
has conducted
numerous environmental compliance audits for
various industrial and commercial facilities in
Connecticut and has authored several
professional articles.
He is a licensed professional engineer in
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island and a
licensed
environmental professional (LEP) in Connecticut. |

E. EVERETT MILAM, P.E.,
MANAGER, CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Mr. Milam is a principal at the
firm. He joined Zuvic Carr in 2006 and is
responsible for the civil engineering projects at the
firm. He became a licensed professional engineer
in 1990 and has over 24 years of experience as a civil
engineer and project manager. Mr. Milam has worked for
private sector clients as well as local, state and
federal agencies throughout Connecticut and the
Northeast. His broad range of civil engineering
experience includes site planning and design, utility
and storm sewer design, hydrologic/hydraulic analyses,
water/wastewater transmission and treatment system
design, bridge design and construction administration
and inspection. |
